Lulu's Info...

I am up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Lulu's Story...
Lulu is a victim of divorce. When the couple broke up, only dad wanted to keep the dogs but since he traveled often for work, found it difficult to keep his dogs exercised and happy. So, we're re-homing gorgeous LuLu! She's a smart and sweet coonhound who's people-oriented and friendly. She's healthy, around a year old, up to date on vaccinations and good on a leash. She's crate-trained but not 100% house trained yet. She's smart and food-oriented too so should learn fast.

Lulu weighs almost 70 pounds and will do best with an active family who can spend time with her and get her outdoors often.

Email Homelesspetsfoundation@gmail.com or call 770-971-0100 for more info. Or fill out an adoption application, found at www.homelesspets.com/adoption-form.

Adoption fees include spaying/neutering, micro-chipping, vaccinations up to date at the time of adoption, one free check-up at Town & Country main vet clinic within 14 days of adoption and a free session with Tenasity dog trainers!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lulu, a Marietta Black and Tan Coonhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Black and Tan Coonhound for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Black and Tan Coonhound dog from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Black and Tan Coonhound breeders who help with Black and Tan Coonhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
