Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Honey Bun was originally surrendered over a year ago when her owner could no longer care for her. Although initially sweet and interactive, as time went by Honey became increasingly depressed, and after a year in our adoption center, it was clear Honey needed a break.
She has been in foster with one of our volunteers for over a month, where she has thrived. She loves to sit on her foster mom's lap, and enjoys playtime. She's also lost some of the weight she put on when she was living in a cage. Recently, Honey's foster mom has let her interact with the other four-legged members in the household, and within a few hours, settled right in with the family dog!
Bottom line, this cat will easily transition in a home and be a loving addition if given a chance. If you would like to learn more about Honey, or would like to meet her, please call Sue at 914-523-3707.
