Jed was super shy when he came into the shelter but with the help of his mentor walking and spending time with him weekly he is doing so much better and is such a sweetheart. He's very calm and quiet. He loves going on walks and out to the dog park with his playmate Bella (the lab mix). He really looks forward to getting treats after a walk and getting brushed. He's working on learning how to "shake". .
His mentor says this about Jed, "Jed is a beautiful, very sweet, gentle dog. He was shy when I first starting walking him last summer, but he has changed so much and now loves to go for walks. He is crated trained, is easy to walk, and likes to explore. Since he is still a little shy, Jed needs someone to love him and just be his best friend. I do enjoy walking him and would miss him terribly, but I would love to see him find a forever home. Jed is a real sweetie."
