Facts about Hopi

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Black (All)
  • Age: Senior
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Hopi is a very shy, but very sweet kitty. He is about twelve years old, and all black with short fur. Trust is a little difficult to come about for Hopi and he is frightened a lot, but when he gets to know you, he is very sweet and affectionate. When he gets petted, he raises up his body to meet your hand. Hopi needs a home where he can learn to relax and a special friend who will give him love and understanding – he will be so grateful to have a kind and loving home at last. We are considering him to be a “Special Needs” kitty, because it will take some patience to help him be brave and make friends. He would be better in a household where he is the only kitty, but would probably be okay with another kitty who is a gentle sort.

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
