Hi, my name is Olaf. Don’t you think I look a bit like Olaf in FROZEN, black eyes, almost snow-colored and the good thing about me is I won’t melt…..well, maybe your heart.
Hey! Before you get attached to me, read all the way to the bottom. You will see that I am still in Houston, TX but I want to get OUT of Houston and OUT of Texas so I can have a really good life. I want to see Texas in my rear view mirror. A nice person came along and took me in and, now, I am ready to hit the road to your house! Uh, make that “our” house, OK?
I am a big, happy, young boy. Those funny-looking 2-legged creatures say that I am a Yellow Lab/Chocolate Lab and maybe Boxer mix! The vet says that I am almost 2 years old. I weigh 75 solid pounds. I’ve had all of my shots and am up-to-date and I’ve been neutered! YIKES!
If you like Labs, you’ll really like me. I love to run, jump and play. I can run very fast! It’s my favorite thing to do! Those humans also call me Houdini! I don’t know what that means but they love me anyway! I think it’s because I have been known to test my boundaries. I like to explore. I DO like my peeps, though. I will follow you around the house cuz I like any and all attention you give me. I’m a lover boy!
I love all dogs, big or small but, we’d better stick to big dogs if you have another because Labs are known to be goof balls and I might step on a little dog even though he or she is my friend! If you are active, I’m your guy! We could go on walks, runs, hikes, go swimming, play fetch in the back yard or just chill. When I’m chillin’, I like to get my belly rubbed. Don’t you?
I LOVE all humans, adults and children. A 2-year old can lie down on me and lean on me and play with me and I think it’s fun. As for animals, I ONLY like dogs – no cats, squirrels, or farm animals…….just humans and dogs, OK?
Know what else I like? I like to ride in the car. I jump right in. If you like kisses while you’re driving, I can lean over the front seat and give you lots of kisses! If that is distracting, I’ll just go sit and look out the window. I can see the world from the backseat of your car – Uh – make that “our” car. OK?
I sit for treats. I take treats gently. Sometimes, I think I’m a lap dog and I’m submissive. I roll over on my back for you to rub my tummy. I like to be everyone’s friend! Watch my video. My foster mom shows you lots of foliage but keep looking for me!
