Hi World!
My name is Sammy – and I’m a cute, affectionate, funny and very happy little Bichon of about four who is brimming with life, love energy and play.
Everything in my life is so great that I can hardly contain myself! I love my foster home and my doggy foster brother and sister, plus my human brother and sister, too. Mom says I smile all the time. She really loves it when I lay my head in her lap and cuddle. She says that makes me irresistible (I’m not sure what that means, but I think it's something really good.)
Dad says he loves to have me around because I add so much positive energy to the house. It's obvious that I love belonging to a family - and they think I'm really special too. (Mom and Dad appreciate that I'm housebroken, too!)
Did I tell you that I get to go for walks ( Mom is teaching me to walk nicely on a leash and I'm getting better every day!) and we go for rides in the car, too. Sometimes we go to something called 'games' and sometimes to 'events'. Wherever we go we simply have a great time.
The first best part of being a furkid is that I have people to entertain! Sometimes it’s only Mom and Dad and sometimes it’s my human brother, sister or the neighborhood kids. I like to meet and greet big people and little people, and am really good at it, too! I’m a natural- and I'm very friendly.
The second best part of being a furkid is that I get to play with my doggy foster brother and sister, and boy! do I love to play. I love to run and chase with Max. He's a weimeraner. (I don’t know why he has such a funny name, but I think it has something to do with the fact that he is bigger than your average furkid) And then there's tiny little Molly, a maltipoo, who thinks that I should play with her, too (and of course I oblige!)
My aunties say that everyone who meets me thinks I’m awfully cute and oh-so-friendly! I’m also smart and very convincing. There's no doubt that I’m a great little guy who loves to be with people, is eager to please and ready to learn – and did I mention bubbling over with love and joy!
The one thing you should know is that even though I am four, I’m very puppy-like and need some training so I can become the best little bichon that I can be.
So if you are looking for a snuggler who wants to give kisses and an entertainer who will make you giggle and smile, and you have another active furkid who is looking for some fun, then please ask for me.
