My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

This little doll is approx 1 year old and 9 lbs. He looks like a yorkie/maltese mix. He has beautiful coat and is a really nice dog. However he does need another dog as a companion and he does have some separation anxiety. He will cry and bark when you leave him but settles down in about 15 mins. We find that will usually stop once the dog feels secure in a new home. He was found running on the streets and so wants to be with someone. He seems to be semi house and leash trained and could do with some more help in that direction, but otherwise is very quiet, well behaved and likes to hang out on a doggie bed with his buddies. He is a little timid so would do better in an all adult house hold.

If you live in MA, there are new requirements for rescue dogs - according to the State Law, all rescues have to be quarantined for 48 hrs at the Ben Elder Kennels in Westport, MA. There is additional cost for this quarantine and new required health cert by a licensed MA vet. We will go over all fees with you via email.
