Hennessey's Story...
Hennessey - Female - Pit Mix - 4 yrs

Henney was surrendered to a local shelter when her family had to move. She is now in a foster home but would love to find a forever family of her own. Her foster family says she is a sweet girl who likes to follow them everywhere. She loves to run and play and her favorite toys are stuffed animals and soccer balls. She currently knows sit, lay down & paw and is eager to learn more! Because of her size and energy level Henney would do best in a home with older children. She does well with other friendly dogs who like to play. Henney has lived in a home with cats. We would love for Henney to find a home with bully bread experience.

Henney is spayed and UTD on shots. If interested in adopting Hennessey email us at pittiesandpalsrescue@yahoo.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hennessey, a Jackson Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
