Patrick is Sponsored by: Kevin Nerius

SNAP Cats rescued Patrick from SF ACC. Patrick was hangin’ out in a San Francisco park when a good Samaritan, Kevin Nerius (yes, the same Kevin Nerius that now sponsors him) noticed Patrick was tame and cold in the middle of a SF winter. Kevin took Patrick in for a while, then found out he couldn’t keep him. Kevin surrendered Patrick to Sf ACC, who contacted SNAP Cats to see if we’d take him. The rest is history.

Patrick is a love. His chain-smokers growl is additive. Patrick gets along with other cats so he'll be fine with FIV negative kitties. He uses the box all of the time. Patrick’s only bad habit is jumping up on the counter. You know what they say: you can take the kitty out of the city, but you can’t take the city out of the kitty. This is a habit easily resolved. Please consider giving this wonderful boy a warm, loving and safe home. Patrick deserves it.

Patrick is at our SNAP Cats facility in Santa Rosa. If you’d like to drop by to see him (along with our other special kitties) please let us know. Thanks.

About SNAP Cats

About Our Rescue Group...

Animal shelters, cat rescues and sanctuaries in Sonoma County (and the U.S.) are full. Innocent cats are being killed due to lack of space and/or funds. The first cats to be killed are special needs, elderly and feral cats, or cats who aren’t deemed “adoptable.” That’s unacceptable.

SNAP Cats is the only rescue & sanctuary in Sonoma County dedicated to special needs cats. SNAP Cats' specific focus is rescuing these cats, housing them, then finding them loving homes. We believe, if given a few more days or weeks or months, an older or special needs or feral cat can find the home that they deserve.

Therefore all cats at SNAP Cats, regardless of health, age or temperament, are available for adoption or foster care. Those who cannot or are not adopted, due to age, illness or temperament, are able to live out the remainder of their natural lives in a peaceful, healthy, serene environment, free from judgment or harm.

Our Adoption Process...

Fees vary per cat. All prospective adopters must fill out an adoption form, then meet with an adoption councilor.
