Will's Info...

I am already neutered, in need of an experienced adopter, up to date with shots, not good with kids, not good with dogs, and good with cats.

Will's Story...
Hi, I’m Will! I’m a sweet and lovable guy, who absolutely adores hanging out with my human companions. I love to snuggle and cuddle… in fact, I just can’t get enough attention and affection! I don’t like to be home alone for too long, so if you work from home or are otherwise home frequently during the day, I’d love to be your cuddle buddy!

I need an experienced adopter who can help me work through some behavior issues—you see, I like people SO much that I can sometimes nip for attention. So if you’ve had cats before, why not stop by PAWS and meet me? I know I will be a great cat in the right environment, and that I’ll thrive in an adults-only home. If you’re looking for a sweet kitty who wants nothing more than to be your constant friend and companion, look no further—I’m your guy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Will, a Chicago Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Chicago, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Chicago.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Chicago already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Chicago breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Chicago paves the way for another one to be saved.
