Luck's Story...
Hi, my name is LUCK and I’m a DECLAWED male kitty that is approximately 3 years oldMy former owner gave me up for adoption when his young son developed allergies. Losing my home has been very traumatic for me and it has taken me awhile to adjust, but I’m definitely more at ease now and ready to begin a new chapter in my life. I’m the kind of cat that LOVES to be around HUMANS. I will give a CHIRP-LIKE MEOW to get your ATTENTION and stare at you with my INTENSE green eyes. I like to be BRUSHED and PET and really enjoy PLAYING with my toys. I am fine around other cats, but I would be perfectly content as your one and only cat. So if you’re looking for a truly GREAT CAT that is LOVING and GENTLE, then arrange to meet me and we can get to know one another. I am neutered, UTD on shots, and FIV/FeLV negative.

To meet me, fill out the CAT ADOPTION APPLICATION at

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Luck, a Long Beach Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Long Beach, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Long Beach.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Long Beach already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Long Beach breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Long Beach paves the way for another one to be saved.
