***Courtesy Post*** Meet Veronica! This stunning little gal is currently in search of a furever home due to her owner’s declining health. At just a year old, she is a petite little girl weighing in at only 5 lbs. Veronica is VERY cuddly and friendly and enjoys hanging out with her people. She is perfectly happy to just lounge around the house, but does enjoy play sessions with her toys from time to time. Veronica is good with other cats and rabbits too. She has never spent time with dogs, but would be happy to interview any potential canine siblings to see if they are acceptable. Veronica would make a wonderful companion, if someone will give her the chance. She promises to return the love ten-fold! If you would like to give Veronica her forever home, please contact Taylor at for more information!

About The Rescue Inn

About Our Rescue Group...

The Rescue Inn, Inc. ("TRI") is an Ohio non-profit, foster-based rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.

We are run by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our four-legged friends. Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters and abuse/neglect situations and place those animals into loving and permanent homes. We promote responsible animal ownership and provide medical treatment, foster care and training to unwanted, abandoned, lost or surrendered animals.

Our animals are spayed/neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care and are placed into a safe, secure foster home while waiting for their permanent home. We also strive to work with other area shelters and rescues to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance our rescue mission.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster-based rescue and place our animals into safe, secure foster homes while awaiting permanent homes. We make every effort to schedule meet and greets with interested applicants upon request.
