***Courtesy Post*** Hi there! I’m Runt Man and I am looking for a “furever” home. Everyone says that I’m quite the catch being just 4 years old, around 50 lbs. and with my beautiful Terrier good looks! Who am I to argue? I am an energetic guy who would really benefit from being a member of an active family. I love to play, go for walks, and explore the world. Don’t get me wrong, I do love to cuddle and get very attached to my people. I just like to go on adventures too! I’m versatile! I also enjoy learning new things and will do anything for a treat. And I love kids too! I do have something called a “high prey drive”. This means that I would do best in a home without kitties or other small animals that I could chase. And other dogs? Well, I’m kind of picky and really don’t want to share my humans with anyone else. So, I it would be best if I were the only dog in my new home.

I know that’s a lot to ask, but I hope there is a family out there who will look past that and give me a chance. I promise to make a wonderful companion and return your love ten-fold! Would you like to make my dreams come true? If so, please contact Heidi at (216) 903-0457. I cannot wait to meet my new family!

About The Rescue Inn

About Our Rescue Group...

The Rescue Inn, Inc. ("TRI") is an Ohio non-profit, foster-based rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of dogs in need.

We are run by a dedicated group of volunteers who are passionate about our four-legged friends. Our mission is to save dogs from high kill shelters and abuse/neglect situations and place those animals into loving and permanent homes. We promote responsible animal ownership and provide medical treatment, foster care and training to unwanted, abandoned, lost or surrendered animals.

Our animals are spayed/neutered, receive appropriate veterinary care and are placed into a safe, secure foster home while waiting for their permanent home. We also strive to work with other area shelters and rescues to develop a network of supporters and volunteers in order to enhance our rescue mission.

Come Meet Our Pets...

We are a foster-based rescue and place our animals into safe, secure foster homes while awaiting permanent homes. We make every effort to schedule meet and greets with interested applicants upon request.
