Hi, my name is Earl (named for the man who found me) and I am a 16 month old (as of mid July 2016) male Catahoula Leopard Mix dog.  You can see in my pictures that I have the typical spotted fur of a Catahoula.

I arrived at the shelter after having been found abandoned.  I am getting to know everybody here and have made friends with both the volunteers (who love me) and the other dogs.  I'm currently in a pen with a male Labrador mix and we are having a ball running and playing with each other.  I have met several dogs, though, that I don't get along with, so everyone here feels it would be best to be the only dog in the home.  Please don't shy away from adopting me though.  When I go on walks I get along with everyone, it's just some times being stuck in a pen with another dog isn't good.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE tummy rubs.  Just look at me and I'll flop down so that you can rub my tummy!

I am looking for a furrever family that wants a big dog and would preferably have a fenced in yard that I could run in.  Would that be with you?
