Ally's Story...
Meet Ally!
Ally is 3 years old and 18lbs. She is spayed, microchipped, up to date on all of her shots, and on heart worm prevention. She is house and crate trained. Ally is a very active and spunky girl who needs a strong leader. She has anxiety and needs a consistent environment, and plenty of physical activity. She also takes daily meds to help manage her stress level, they cost approximately $8 a month. She is good with other dogs, but would do best with a more submissive, calm buddy or as an only dog. She is NOT good with cats. She would also do best in a home without children under 3, due to her anxiety. A fenced yard is a must and a doggie door would be a plus. Ally is a very loving a sweet girl! If you would like to give Ally her forever home please apply at southerncrossbtr.com. Her adoption fee is $325. She is being fostered in western KY. You can email her foster family with any questions about her at harrisjessica37@gmail.com. Thank you for choosing rescue.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ally, a Jackson Boston Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Boston Terrier for sale in Jackson, or seeking a Boston Terrier dog from a breeder in Jackson.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Jackson already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Jackson breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Boston Terrier breeders who help with Boston Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Jackson paves the way for another one to be saved.
