Piper (Spayed)'s Story...
"Piper" is an adorable 10-month old female kitty who was surrendered by her owner on April 1, 2016 along with six of her best friends who shared her previous home. This little beauty queen has a dark brown short smooth coat in a tabby pattern, a long ringed tail, and a beautiful (rather mischievous-looking) face with golden eyes and a splash of sun-kissed orange on the top of her head. "Piper" would surely win the 'Miss Congeniality' title if she were to enter a kitty beauty pageant :) She has an extremely lovable outgoing personality and seeks attention. "Piper" is a petite little lady who weighs 6 lbs. She was given vaccinations and wormer on April 1, 2016. "Piper" was spayed on April 6, 2016 and was also given rabies vaccine.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Piper (Spayed), a Marietta Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Marietta, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Marietta.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Marietta already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Marietta breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Marietta paves the way for another one to be saved.
