JS Butane Jane's Story...
After a short racing career JS Butane Jane has decided her future is in becoming the perfect, loving pet to her forever family. While she just turned 2 years old in March, she is very quiet and well behaved. She loves to play with her toys and then take naps on her comfy bed. Janie is very friendly and has a curled up tail that she loves to wag when she is happy. That is just about all the time. While she has only been in a foster home for a week, she is learning her house manners quickly. Janie gets along with all dogs but prefers those that aren't too active. She has not been cat tested but we can arrange for that as needed. For more information or to arrange a meeting with Janie please contact Janet or Bob and 941 423-1568. You will fall in love with this sweetheart. Her adoption fee covers her spay, teeth cleaning, microchip and heart worm test. She is current on her vaccinations. Janie is being fostered in North Port.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

JS Butane Jane, a Sarasota Greyhound dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Greyhound for sale in Sarasota, or seeking a Greyhound dog from a breeder in Sarasota.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Sarasota already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Sarasota breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Greyhound breeders who help with Greyhound rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Sarasota paves the way for another one to be saved.
