Meet Thomas!! Thomas' family had to move to Idaho recently and their new apartment only allowed 2 pets. They had 2 dogs and 2 cats. The 2 dogs were seniors, so they took the pups. One cat was adopted by a family member and poor Thomas came to my place!
Thomas was surrounded by love. He had a 1 year old human, 2 adult humans, a brother cat (Pete) and 2 pugs to play with all the time. He is a talker and loves to discuss how your day was with you. Thomas loves attention, loves to play and really loves to kick it on the couch with you and watch TV. He uses his scratch post religiously and loves his litter box. Poor Thomas was pretty depressed when he first came to my place, but as he's gotten to play with my other fosters, he has become much happier. I love adult cats! They acclimate so well and you don't have to teach them anything except that you will always be there for them! Won't you consider adopting Thomas? We are doing a private adoption for this kitty b/c the adoption events were too hard on him. We would love to find him a home ASAP so he can bond with you!

The TNR Project is a volunteer operated group who practice TNR (Trap-Neuter-Return) in the San Gabriel Valley. Each person who traps is independent and they are using their own money, time and gas to save the homeless cats & kittens in our local communities.

The TNR Project is always adding volunteers who want to learn to TNR in their neighborhoods and help others control the feral, stray & homeless cat populations. TNR has been proven to be the ONLY effective method to controlling the ever-mounting cat populations. We have protected and/or saved 1000+ lives in 2015 alone!

If you would like more information on TNR or learn how you can help your community, please visit: and fill out a contact us form. Save a stray, save a life! Thank you for rescuing!!

About The TNR Project

About Our Rescue Group...

The TNR Project believes in TNR which stands for Trap-Neuter-Return. We have volunteers who help neighborhoods learn how to trap safely, humanely & effectively to stem community cat growth & overpopulation. TNR has been proven to effectively control the numbers of unwanted kitties on the streets and keep cats out of the shelters.

Did You Know? Feral cats are almost 100% of the time euthanized immediately when entering a doesn't matter if they're kittens or cats. Only 2 out of 10 cats usually make it out of the shelters alive, which means 80% of cats entering shelters are also euthanized. TNR curbs these numbers before kittens are born creating a win/win for the cats, neighborhoods, rescuers and shelters.

Did You Know: Cats can be written off your taxes as natural pest control for your home or office? Don't use pesticides!

The TNR Project, as well as performing TNR weekly, pulls cats & kittens from the streets who can be saved & adopted. We believe these cats & kittens deserve a loving, forever home. Most of them have been discarded, abandoned and/or thrown away like a piece of trash!

We get into the trenches with these cats & kittens, rescue them, socialize them and give them a second chance at life. We perform true miracles from ground zero.
