Dot's Story...
Dot is a beautiful long-haired female, about ten years old. She is both white and brown tabby, with a little bit of an outline of brown around her nose, which inspired her name. Dot came to the sanctuary as a kitten, so she has lived there all these years, and although everyone loves her, she never had a chance to be extra-special to someone. She is a special girl, so she deserves that. She has a very feminine face and a lot of personality. Dot is very affectionate and will look for you to give her petting. She often gets really excited about getting attention and acts extra cute and funny. Dot really has a lot of love to give. She gets along okay with other cats and would be happy in either a multi-cat household or as the only kitty in the house.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dot, a Bonita Springs Domestic Longhair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Longhair for sale in Bonita Springs, or seeking a Domestic Longhair cat from a breeder in Bonita Springs.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bonita Springs already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bonita Springs breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Longhair breeders who help with Domestic Longhair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bonita Springs paves the way for another one to be saved.
