Gunther's Story...
Gunther is a handsome little guy looking for his forever home. We think he may be a Corgi/Border Collie mix, but whatever he is, he is adorable! Since he is a puppy and we want to find the perfect match, we will be collecting applications for review, and then will call the most appropriate home to come meet him. Obedience classes will be mandatory for this little guy to help him and his family get off on the right start and provide them with the resources they'll need. Gunther gets along well with other playful dogs but will need to meet any potential housemates to make sure it's a perfect match. Very confident cats who won't mind a rambunctious puppy might be ok as well. Any kids in the home should be old enough to know how to treat him gently and handle all his puppy energy. Please submit an application if you would like to be considered for this sweet boy!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Gunther, a Bellingham Corgi/Border Collie puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Corgi/Border Collie for sale in Bellingham, or seeking a Corgi/Border Collie puppy from a breeder in Bellingham.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bellingham already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bellingham breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Corgi/Border Collie breeders who help with Corgi/Border Collie rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bellingham paves the way for another one to be saved.
