Tabby is a 2 year old female Collie mix, on the small side...only 35 lbs. Tabby is a very sweet but a very shy girl. She loves other dogs and must have another playful dog in her home as well as a tall, wooden fence at least 6 ft tall. She's never been around kids, and their loud and sudden movements would make her too nervous. She needs a calm home with not much activity and only 1-2 adults. She also needs an owner who's patient and understands it will take her a while to warm up and adjust. They must keep her as safe as possible, to not get loose as she will not go up to strangers if lost. A tall fence is best, so she can go outside safely. She's also very good in the house and a non-chewer and very good with cats.  She can be crated or left loose and does fine.  Tabby is also spayed, current on shots and also microchipped. Please email jglowe33@outlook.com for more info on Tabby. A physical fence is required.  METRO ATLANTA ADOPTIONS ONLY - NO OUT OF STATE ADOPTIONS ALLOWED

About A Wecome Home Animal Rescue

About Our Rescue Group...

A Welcome Home Animal Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit created to help the homeless, hurt and/or abandoned animals. Our end goal is to place each animal in a permanent, loving home where all their needs will be met. We believe every animal deserves humane treatment. We believe in our role as caretakers, protecting those who cannot defend themselves, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Because we are not a shelter, do not have a boarding facility, and are not connected with any other agency, we always welcome foster homes where animals can stay temporarily. We also welcome all tax-deductible donations from individuals or foundations.
No donation is too small.

Our Adoption Process...

To Do All We Can to Aid in the Rescue, Safety and Welfare of Stray and Abandoned Animals to end as much suffering as possible.

We realize we cannot save the world … but we can try by working with each rescued animal on an individual basis.
