Facts about Captain

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Orange Or Red Tabby
  • Age: Senior
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Captain is an older kitty who is incredibly sweet. He’s an orange tabby with short hair about fourteen years old. He can be a little shy at first – he’s a tad skittish and scares easily – but once he gets a taste of petting, he doesn’t want it to stop. He will lean into it and show you how much he enjoys your attention. He is really affectionate. Once he gets going, Captain will follow you and give you sweet and hopeful looks, until you pet him again. He really needs a home because he’s a little skittish and needs to feel safe and loved. He gets along okay with other cats – he would be happy in a household with other cats or being the only kitty. He is a really nice kitty!

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
