Daisy's Story...
Daisy is an adorable, small, short haired orange tabby female, about six years old, born with very short tail. She wags this short tail when she is content and happy. She is a little shy at first, but once she gets to know you, she will jump up into your lap and want to be held and cuddled. Daisy is very, very sweet and would love so much to be someone’s special kitty. She gets along with other kitties okay, but would also be fine with being the only kitty in the house. She is sensitive to mosquito bites, so is considered to be a “Special Needs” kitty and she needs a home so that she can live indoors.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Daisy, a Naples Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Naples, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Naples.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Naples already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Naples breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Naples paves the way for another one to be saved.
