If you are looking for a small, cute, feisty, independent, young pup, then Newhart may just win over your heart! Say hello to Newhart, a 1-year-old Chihuahua mix with a personality much bigger than his stature. Newhart joined the TBL temporary barking family in March 2016 from the Ramona Humane Society. He gets along with every dog he meets, and his best buddy is a little Dachshund mix named Mullally. It brightens our day to see the two run circles and wrestle around in the play yard together. He can be a bit reserved and wary when first meeting new people, but he shows his true loving colors after he has had a chance to get to know you. We have good reason to believe that he may already be housebroken, as he generally waits until he is outside to do his business. Newhart is a little guy of just 14 pounds, ideal for apartment or condo living. Come give him a chance to show you what he’s all about!
