Hi, my name is Hitchâ.
âMy sad story with PBRSD starts when âI was found in squalor where I hadâ been abandonedâ to scroungeâ through trashâ for ketchup packages to eat. I was starving and that has created a fear in me of being without food. Because of this, I can be a little protective of food and treats in the home. I get along great with other dogs at play time, but maybe keep the treats for when I'm alone as I âam still learning that no one will allow me to starve ever again.
When I'm with my human family I play very âgently and love snuggles on the couch!
I love sleeping on my back with my cheeks flapping open so âeveryone can see my pretty little chompers. I am also good at hiding myself in the blankets which also makes âmy foster family laugh.
âI'm potty trained and crate trained. I do very wellâ eating and sleeping inâ a crate.â
I didn't come with any training, but I am quickly learning that if I want âpraise and pets, I need to sit and or lay down. My foster family knows me pretty well and they think the perfect family for me would be one that will let me snuggle on the couch with themâ, give me lots of cuddling and takes me on daily walks.
