Alexander's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, and good with dogs.

Alexander's Story...
Meet Mr. Alexander. This boy is four pounds of energy. Alexander is neutered, vaccinated, de-wormed (well, in the process of, lol), rabies shot and microchipped. He is crate and potty trained. He is slow to warm up to other dogs but is good after a few minutes. I'm not sure how he is with cats (he's still hanging in the garage with me and all the other fosters for now), I also don't know how he is with kids (I don't own any of those). Alexander is a Chihuahua mix but he isn't an "ankle biter", he does bark but only when it's warranted, he's not a "yipper". He is a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and give sweet little kisses. If you're interested in adopting Mr. Alexander, please fill out an application at: http://www.josephslegacyrescue.org/
Adoption fee of $195.00 includes shots, spay or neuter, and microchip ID.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Alexander, a Middletown Chihuahua puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Chihuahua for sale in Middletown, or seeking a Chihuahua puppy from a breeder in Middletown.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Middletown already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Middletown breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Chihuahua breeders who help with Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Middletown paves the way for another one to be saved.
