Facts about Skye

  • Breed: Calico
  • Color: Tortoiseshell
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Female
  • Hair: Short
Skye is a beautiful, sweet girl. Her full name is “Skye Goddess”, because when she first came in, she liked to be up high. She was a stray who hung out by the sanctuary gate and finally came in to be cared for. She is a short-haired calico. She’s a little older – her age is estimated to be about ten years old - but she seems like a young girl. Skye is very affectionate and appreciative when she gets petting and attention. She’d love to be someone’s special kitty. (She probably was, at one time before she became a stray.) She gets along with other kitties, but doesn’t really pay them much mind, so she would be okay either in a multi-cat household, or as the only cat in the house.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
