Lyric's Story...
****ADOPTED****
Ahroooooo! I am Lyric an adorable 8 year old tricolor female beagle. I was given this name because beagles are so well known for their singing! I hope to be doing this soon! I was rescued from the shetler because I got kennel cough. They also think I have tick fever and possibly valley fever as well!
How did I end up in such a mess!! Whoever my past family was, just didn't want to take care of me properly.
I guess I'm one lucky little gal, because Arizona Beagle Rescue got me out of that awful shelter, and have me seeing a vet to get me back to singing again! I know that they really don't know too much about me yet, but the volunteer who picked me up said I was as sweet as can be, and rode very nicely in his car. I sure did like him, he was very nice to me. So, now I just have to get better!
Please check back to see how I am doing, and maybe think about giving me a chance to be your best girlfriend ever!!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Lyric, a Phoenix Beagle dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Phoenix, or seeking a Beagle dog from a breeder in Phoenix.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Phoenix already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Phoenix breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Phoenix paves the way for another one to be saved.
