Hunter's Info...

I am already neutered, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Hunter's Story...
HUNTER is a 5 year old Vizsla mix. He weighs about 65lbs. He is very sweet and does well with other dogs and kids. He showed up at a rural home and they turned him in to the shelter so that he could find a new family. We discovered that Hunter is microchipped, but sadly, the information is not current so we were not able to reach his owners. Hunter will make a great addition to any family. He is neutered, up to date on his vaccines, current on dewormings, and on flea/tick prevention. His adoption fee is $80 to approved home.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Hunter, a Lawrenceburg Vizsla dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Vizsla for sale in Lawrenceburg, or seeking a Vizsla dog from a breeder in Lawrenceburg.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Lawrenceburg already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Lawrenceburg breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Vizsla breeders who help with Vizsla rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Lawrenceburg paves the way for another one to be saved.
