Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Marina is a cuddly, sweet, loving and friendly, six-year-old, 70-pound, female, fawn pit bull terrier-mix looking for a loving guardian.
Marina knows the commands sit, down and paw, and takes treats gently from your fingers. She loves to cuddle with people, and she’ll hop up on the couch and snuggle up with you. Her true love is people of all ages including children. She loves to give kisses and tail wags. She also loves to play fetch.
She’s okay with select dogs after slow introduction. Marina is great on leashed walks and also good in the car. At the kennel where she is staying, she cuddles up in her blankets and dreams of being in a loving home. Someone cut off her ears to make her look tough, but she’s a bouncy soft, sweet marshmallow at heart. She has a wonderfully gentle personality.
Marina is healthy, housebroken, crate-trained, spayed, up-to-date on vaccines, micro-chipped, heartworm-tested and on monthly preventative. Her adoption fee of $200 benefits rescued dogs. Marina is being kenneled in Union, Illinois. In fact, she’s been living in a kennel for almost four years waiting for her family to come along.
