UPDATE 5/16 Annie's kitten has been adopted. Annie still needs her furever home!

ANNIE was left in a carrier at our doorstep with 3 other cats so we are not sure of her origins. All 3 cats are super friendly and presumed to be house cats. Annie surprised us by delivering one little kitten (Spunky) a few days after she arrived. Annie and Spunky were moved to a foster home where they could get some R&R away from the shelter. Annie is a love bug and doing well in her foster home with a young girl and small dog as well as other dogs coming and going (pet sitting) so she is used to a fairly active household. Her baby will be weaned the end of April 2016 at which time Annie will be vaccinated, spayed and tested for FeLV/FIV. She is available with or without her kitten. Apply at www.companimals.org. Adoption $25 for Annie ($125 for pair).

About CompAnimals Pet Rescue, Inc.

About Our Rescue Group...

CompAnimals Pet Rescue is a small not-for-profit "no kill" rescue. Our mission is to take in unwanted, abandoned or abused dogs, cats and other small pets; to place those we can in loving, permanent homes; and to provide a sanctuary for the animals whose age, health issues or temperament precludes them from adoption. Our dogs & cats are neutered, vaccinated and receive all necessary medical treatment beford being made available for adoption. Through our volunteers and outreach programs we educate the next generation about the importance of spay/neuter and giving a lifelong home to their pets. We hope to one day put ourselves out of business but until then we will continue to rescue regardless of breed, age or medical condition.

Come Meet Our Pets...

Our shelter has visiting hours - Wed through Sat from noon 'til 5 p.m. You're welcome anytime we're open.
Most our our dogs live in foster homes, and will likely not be at the shelter unless arrangements are made ahead of time.
We do hold monthly "Meet and Greets" at local pet stores, but here, as well, to meet a specific dog arrangements should be made in advance so that
your potential new best friend can be there waiting to meet you.

Our Adoption Process...

Please visit www.CompAnimal.org for more information about the adoption process and our fees. Our application is online, and relatively quick and painless to fill out.
We are a small all volunteer organization. Your e-mail wiil typically receive a quicker response than your phone call.
