Punkin's Story...

10/17/2011     Meet Punkin, Rosita's 7 week old baby girl.  Punkin absolutely loves to be cuddled and held.  She has the most enjoyable personality for such a tiny little thing.  She is a very happy and healthy puppy who will make a wonderful addition to a pug loving family. Because of her tiny size, we prefer to place Punkin a home with no children or children over the age of 12.  Minimum adoption donation of $395.  If you would like to adopt Punkin, please complete the application now and, with a $200 deposit, we can hold her for you until she is old enough to go home.

Punkin will be spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, heartworm and fecal checked, dewormed, and on flea and heartworm preventatives prior to adoption.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Punkin, a Bloomington Pug/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pug/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Bloomington, or seeking a Pug/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier puppy from a breeder in Bloomington.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Bloomington already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Bloomington breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pug/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Pug/Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Bloomington paves the way for another one to be saved.
