Dusty's Story...
COURTESY LISTING:

This fine fellow came with so many pictures cuz he's such a people person - he just wants to love and pose all day! DUSTY will gladly keep any part of your body warm on a moment's notice, keep you company on lonely nights, or just curl against you while you watch TV! However, the kitten side of him LOVES to come out, and he REALLY enjoys playtime as well! He immediately adapted to his foster home as he will to YOUR home -- just add love! He is in excellent health, a very young 8 years of age and has many purrfect years to make your life complete.

DUSTY is NOT located at the Sanctuary. Please contact Foster Mom CAROL at 412-973-3550 to meet this soft, dove-gray, totally handsome boy today!

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Dusty, a Delmont Domestic Shorthair cat was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Domestic Shorthair for sale in Delmont, or seeking a Domestic Shorthair cat from a breeder in Delmont.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Delmont already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Delmont breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Domestic Shorthair breeders who help with Domestic Shorthair rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Delmont paves the way for another one to be saved.
