Facts about Seamus

  • Breed: Domestic Shorthair
  • Color: Gray, Blue Or Silver Tabby
  • Age: Adult
  • Sex: Male
  • Hair: Short
Seamus (pronounced “Shamus” for those who aren’t acquainted with Irish pronunciation) is a handsome and masculine guy with a quite striking color. He is very dark grey, but not so much that he looks black. He has short fur and is about nine years old. Seamus came into the sanctuary several years ago, as a kitten. His mom and litter mates were all feral for a long time, but he became friendly after a few weeks, which is a testament to his inherent good nature. Seamus is now a very friendly and affectionate kitty. He loves being petted and doesn’t want you to stop. He might follow you around asking for more, when you do. He is independent but gets along okay with other cats, so would be fine in either a multi-cat household, or as the only kitty in the house.

When you find a companion that is perfect for you, we will ensure that your new pet is spayed/neutered, up to date on all shots and microchipped.

At Brigid's Crossing we take the time to care for the animals until they are safe in their new homes which we believe makes for a healthy and happy transition for all involved.

All of our animals are chipped, spay/neutered and up to date on current shots.
