This girl is just a sweetheart This is STAR a pretty Rottweiler/Shepherd mix. Star is just 2yrs old, and has the most wonderful temperament and beautiful features. Star just loves everyone. She is blessed with good looks, gorgeous white teeth, a lovely shiny black coat her eyes are soulful amber that just melt your heart.
STAR`S story )))) Where to begin with this one, Star appeared as a last chance girl set to be PTS just like so many others, Star was in a Local Florida Kill shelter she was on the PTS list along with many others each one got rescued during the day but Star and one other remained, We pleaded with the shelter to give us more time to network the 2 of them they gave us until 9am the following morning .not much of a reprieve but a reprieve non the less, We worked Star and the other one all night the other dog secured a rescue and things wee looking grim for Star at 3am no one was around and we couldn’t let this little girl be put to sleep so we sent a hold for her, We see so many dogs that need help but every once in a while you just get one that hits you a little more than others, Star was one of those girls, She was scared, timid, underweight, her eyes told a different story she was hopeful. We do not know Stars past, whatever it was we cannot change it. What we can change is her future. Star entered our program in September and immediately went into her foster home. When Star arrived she was a tiny girl and very timid after her shelter ordeal so we set about making her comfortable within a few days she was feeling a little bit more secure and started to play with the others. Today Star is a happy girl always eager to please she is affectionate not a mean bone in her body she loves to run and chase with the others and is always kissing them you will see this in her video. Star is a delight to have in rescue she gets along with everyone.
We are now searching for a wonderful forever home for her. A home that will give her stability and security she needs Star has just excelled in the time she has been with us she is certainly a favorite. This girl is so lovable she deserves a family that will give her the love and attention she needs. She loves to be around humans and will follow you around but she is not needy. She knows commands sit and down,, She loves to play in the kiddie pool and will splash around on a hot day. she loves car rides and she is excellent in the car. Star is house trained She is intelligent and smart and will easily pick up your routine. Star is used to having someone home most of the time and so we are looking for a family that is home a lot and has time to invest in our sweet girl. A family that does not work long hours would be perfect We do not crate our dogs Star dosent need a crate so we are looking for someone that wont crate it would be alien to her. Star is fine to leave in the house At night time she will sleep on a sofa, bed. however she just loves to sleep on your bed she loves to be close to her humans a typical Velcro girl. its so hard not to fall in love with this girl And its very difficult to find anything negative to say about her apart from the fact she may appear shy and a little needy at first. We are unable to comment on cats she has not been around them with us, but I feel with the right introduction and supervision it could be a workable situation. . Star loves everyone, She is spayed, current on all vaccinations, micro chipped. & Heart Worm Negative she is up to date on monthly preventions she is happiest being in a family environment and enjoying freedom to run outdoors and relax with you in the home. We are looking to find Star a wonderful forever home where she can have stability and security in her life. We are looking for a forever home that can cherish her and give her love and attention, A family that is really stable and can give her that forever home that means forever. We don’t ever want to find this girl back in a shelter. A family that will include her in their lifestyle and activities would be perfect Star will only get better with the right interaction.. A home with a fenced in yard or acreage where she can run and play is ESSENTIAL She would do well with another dog as a companion, She would love a brother she could be happy as an only dog with lots of interaction. Star is a gentle girl. Could you be the one to open up your heart and home, and make Star’s life complete again if so you will be rewarded with a wonderful, loyal faithful friend that will bring you endless hours of pleasure.
