, I am a Catahoula Missy plus moderately active gal, I have a pretty name, Nadia. I was adopted and loved by a beautiful family of 4 including 2!very young kids. Sadly I had to leave them for a valid reason which wasn't anyone's fault, including mine.
More about me.... From the observation of my foster home family .....as you can see I am a beauty with one blue and another brown eye. I always smile and my mom thinks it's because I am very positive about myself and others. I was slightly excited when I first met my foster mom and eventually calmed down all the way home in my crate in her car. When I reached my foster home not far away, I did miss and looked for my owner out the window. But I immediately adapted myself and was pleased that my mom knew my signals! Her 2 boys 5 and 16 love playing fetch with me, I always go to the teen for belly rub ;) I think he is cute and I am careful not to frighten the little one. I just tap him lightly with my nose or foreleg when he comes to play with me. :) I behaved so well that my mom kept calling everyone and praised and said "You know, she never barked even once! A whispering woof and a silent whine is all I heard" By the way I thrive on praises ;) I am a good girl who does potty perfectly outdoors. I would tend to follow my mom around the house. I know some commands like sit (that means sit and belly rub time to me) stay, down, No and slow, come back...I am trained not to go on beds and couches. I love rolling on rugs if you have one. Although I have a mat to sleep on at night, my crate is also soothing...

I am a very adaptable sporty gal who can switch modes instantly. I have invisible buttons!!!

If the love button was pressed I would show you my belly for a rub or lay on your lap! If play button was pressed, I would be like a puppy to fetch the squeaky toys I love! If walk button was pressed I will walk obediently next to you with leash on, of course! I also have quite a strength that I may show by tugging my leash or collar to go forward. Hey, I need to show off my athlete muscles, you know? But fortunately for you I listen when you say stop or slow. I always know and remember you are my loving master. Forgive me if sometimes I don't sit when you say that as I am always curious about the surrounding but at least I will stop and stay during walks.

My first bed time at my Foster home was spent quietly in my crate. The next morning, mom took me out for potty then fed me then potty again and short walk. I m fast to potty and was happy to walk and contented to come home to nap in my crate myself. I love my cozy crate!!!
Mom played fetch indoors with my fav squeaky toy then she opened the patio glass Sunshine to me and it was time for a tan!!!! I just layed by the window watching the greenery and the beautiful world! While mom and kids got ready for school and work I was happily playing with my toys and they said goodbye leaving me safe and warm in a room with water, toys, bed and peanut butter KONG!!! Yeah!!!
