Here's what the humans have to say about me:
I'm ready for my close-up Mr. DeMille!!! I am Greta Garbo and I just had my teeth cleaned and polished so I am ready for a new home. I was living in a home where they decided they had too many dogs, so I came to Chihuahua Rescue to find a new home that I can call my own.
I am a robust brindle girl weighing in at 14 lbs. My foster mom has me on a diet to help me lose a little bit of weight. I don't like that much but she said I need my girly figure back. I guess that might make me even more ready for the movies, right?
I am about 3 years old, and I am settled and happy to keep someone company or keep their lap warm. I am also pretty quiet and content to just keep my people company. I like to go outside when the weather is nice and my foster mom says I am pretty good about pottying outside but I still like to use the potty pads in the house. I am working on learning how to ask to go out. I don't know why my foster mom can't read my mind, but I guess she wants me to be able to tell her that I want out.
If you think you have room in your heart and home for me, please fill out an adoption application. I will be waiting to hear from you soon. My adoption fee is $250 (Seniors for Seniors $200) and I do require a fenced yard. I don't mind walking in a leash but I prefer to have my freedom to explore in the yard.
