While the photo doesn't begin to do him justice, Mr. Fluffy Butts is one of the most gorgeous guys we've encountered at the shelter! And before you say anything about his name, a volunteer who is close to 40-years of age graced this handsome lug with the name as she thinks he's the best thing in town! And here you thought a 10-year kid named the orange & white fellow, didn't you?! Fluffy Buns came to us from a situation where his caregiver was hospitalized out-of-state and the three cats in the home went for approximately 3 weeks without food, water or care. When we arrived, all of the cats were in dire straits, yet they're thriving now and ready for their adoption days to come! Big and beautiful, this is one cool cat. Fluffy is an outgoing, friendly, affectionate and charming fellow. He's a lap cat and comedian...he alternates between love & laughter. Fluffy Buns is great with other cats and people of all ages. He's never been around dogs, yet would do well with a laid back and friendly canine pal. While he has a crazy name, the only thing crazier is letting him go to another! Complete an adoption application at www.emmetcountyanimalshelter.org to make Mr. Fluffy Butt part of your family! Thank you for choosing to ADOPTING versus SHOPPING for your next furry family member! The Emmet County Animal Shelter is an all-volunteer organization. We strive to answer inquiries in a timely fashion, yet it may take a day or so as those pesky jobs may get in our way, so thanks in advance for your patience. Our fabulous felines head home either spayed or neutered and current on vaccinations. We'll be happy to set up a meet-and-greet with the adoptable cats, so please let us know how we can help you meet your next pet.
