Here's what the humans have to say about me:
John is a 2 year old, tan, 14 lb. Terrier mix. He has a long body and short legs and is just ridiculously cute. He is sweet, shy, calm and very affectionate. John is curious by nature, high energy, and eager to please. He can be shy and cautious at first but he warms up quickly and he loves to meet new people and other dogs. John is fearful, not aggressive - just leery, of men when he first meets them but he warms up with time. He is crate trained and needs a little work with walking on a leash as he likes to tug. He is a bit of a chewer when left alone so he needs to be crated when left alone for now.He is such a gentle soul, really good with all people and dogs. He really comes alive when on his walks and when there is another playful dog in the home he can wrestle with. Once you earn his trust he is an absolute cuddle bug. We do not recommend John for a home with young children just yet. His current foster describes him as gentle and silly. If you would like to give a forever home to a gentle, silly dog we've got the perfect guy for you.
