Ashley's Story...
This little nugget was rescued from a high kill shelter on her last day there. Ashley is a little doll who weighs around 13 lbs and seems to be 5 or 6 years old. Now safe in foster, Ashley is doing great with all the dogs large and small. When she's outside she keeps herself quite busy exploring the property, searching for squirrels and playing with the other dogs. When she comes inside, she's all about cuddling and sleeping beside you. If you are looking for a partner and cuddlebuddy and you think Ashley is your girl, please copy and paste this link to your web browser to fill out our online application: http://members.petfinder.com/~CT243/sampleform.html .Ashley is up to date on shots, heart worm negative, spayed and microchipped. Full vetting and transport up north included in her $425 adoption fee. We cannot be certain what her true mix is.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Ashley, a Westport Manchester Terrier/Feist dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Manchester Terrier/Feist for sale in Westport, or seeking a Manchester Terrier/Feist dog from a breeder in Westport.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Westport already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Westport breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Manchester Terrier/Feist breeders who help with Manchester Terrier/Feist rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Westport paves the way for another one to be saved.
