Olaff- blue eyed baby's Story...
Olaff is a 10 wk old beagle mix pup who is being fostered in East Tennessee and will be transported north upon adoption. Due to transport vaccination requirements, she cannot be transported until the weekend of 4/29/16. He will have 2 puppy shots and a bordatella vaccine.

His neuter, a 3rd puppy shot and a rabies shot will be required by his adopter. Our vet recommends neutering be done after 6 mo. of age. The two vaccinations are due the 2nd week of May.

This pup is well socialized and has been around older children. He has gorgeous blue eyes. Beagles can be vocal at times due to their hunting instinct so they are probably not suited for an apartment or condo environment . He has not been around cats, but with training we feel that will not be a problem. Please no children under 8.

Transport is via Alpha Dog Transport. They charge $140 for their services and is paid to,them when your pup is claimed. All vet records come with the pup too. An adoption fee of $275 will apply.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Olaff- blue eyed baby, a Providence Beagle puppy was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Beagle for sale in Providence, or seeking a Beagle puppy from a breeder in Providence.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Providence already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Providence breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Beagle breeders who help with Beagle rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Providence paves the way for another one to be saved.
