We believe Riggs will be about about 4 1/2 years old as of April, 2016. He was found running around a Burger King parking lot. He was missing half an ear, you could see every rib and his hip bones. A nice lady caught him up and brought him to us. Even with the abuse he had seen, his tail was wagging, and he was still trying to give us kisses. This boy loves and people. He also gets along with other dogs, but will need to be fed separately from current pets at first. He will chase a cat though, whether it is to harm or for fun, we have no idea. He is an active boy looking for an active family. Due to his being an outside dog for so long, he would enjoy a home where he can spend most of his time outside. He would love to have a fenced yard to run free in. He is neutered, has been heartworm tested negative and is current on shots, heartworm and flea prevention.
