My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi everyone! I wanted to introduce myself, my foster parents are calling me Dixie, this is short for Dixie Stampede. They tell me I am a german shepherd mix, whatever that means and will be a pretty nice size once my body catches up with my fast growing legs. When I run they say I do this cute little hop/leap(trying to not get my legs tangled up but they don't have to know that part). I have been staying in the house since being rescued and they are saying that potty training is going well with me since only one little accident has occurred(I had a bad dream) thankfully I was in my crate so I didn't mess up foster mommies floors. I love to run outside and play with my 2 legged foster brother when the weather is nice out but I know once we enter the house no rough housing is allowed. I have learned so new commands like sit and come when asked, working on a few more. I not very interested in toys right now as I haven't really figured out what to do with them. I prefer to lay on the couch and snuggle all while having my gorgeous shiny coat rubbed on. I would love to be in a active household where I can play with other dogs, children and guess I can play with cats too as long as they don't scratch me.
