Patrick's Info...

I am already neutered, housetrained, up to date with shots, good with kids, and good with dogs.

Patrick's Story...
Look no further for a super sweet and cuddly little dog! I'm Patrick and my foster family adores me. I love to give kisses and enjoy being around all family members. I am doing very well with potty training so am probably fully house trained. My foster mom says I love cuddling with her and her daughter and enjoy rides in the car, too. My sensitive, docile temperament will make me a loving, sweet fit for a lucky family. I am a great small size and can't wait to find my forever home. So stop what you are doing and email info@habitat4paws.org. Ask to meet Patrick!

**Because we require home visits, we only adopt locally to the Dallas/Fort Worth area. For more on adoption policies, see the Adopt page of our website, www.habitat4paws.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Patrick, a McKinney Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua for sale in McKinney, or seeking a Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua dog from a breeder in McKinney.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in McKinney already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a McKinney breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua breeders who help with Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)/Chihuahua rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in McKinney paves the way for another one to be saved.
