Meet Charlie! Charlie is a 2 year old shepherd mix who has lots of pep and personality! He is energetic, playful, and willing to play fetch for hours! Like playing soccer? He's your guy! He also LOVES playing in water!
True to his shepherd breed, he has the perfect personality trifecta: athletic, intelligent, and loving. He loves getting attention and being around his people. He's also a great listener - he will sit with you as you tell him your problems and will cuddle and love on you as if he's telling you he totally understands what you're going through. He's the sweetest pup!
Charlie was found as a stray, but came to DPA both house trained and crate trained. He even knows to sit by the door to ask to go out to do his business. This handsome boy is a quick learner and has a lot of love to offer any family, large or small. But he does need his people to continue his training so he can keep learning. He needs his humans to promise him they're in this for life so he can build up confidence in his new home. Does he sound like the new best friend you've been looking for?
