Rosemary's Story...
Rosemary is a friendly 1+ year old yellow Lab mix girl. The coloring on her face makes her look more mature, but it is just the same gray / brown that matches her tail. Most of her coat is a golden yellow color. She is enjoying playing with toys and being up on the shade table at HALAH while playing with her sister, EmmyLou. Rosemary is a sweet girl who is looking forward to some more love at a home of her own. She is a very fun loving girl! She is already spayed.

Rosemary plans to be with other HALAH dogs for adoption at Burleson PetSmart on Saturday, January 14th. HALAH will be there from 11 until 3:30.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Rosemary, a Godley Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Labrador Retriever for sale in Godley, or seeking a Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Godley.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Godley already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Godley breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Godley paves the way for another one to be saved.
