Shena's Story...
Hi everyone! I'm Shena and I am so happy to meet you! I'm told that I am a Spaniel mix (most likely Brittany). I am about 2yrs old and weigh 35lbs. I am the perfect size! I'm a fun loving girl, not hyper at all. I like to chill, but I'll play if you want me too.I can be selective on what dogs I like but I love all people! You know what else I love......BELLY RUBS! I can't get enough of the belly rubs. I will let you pet me for as long as you'd like! I have had all my shots, spayed and Micro Chipped. My foster mom has taught me some commands so that I can be a well mannered girl. I love to cuddle on the couch with you. I am house trained and working on crate training. I'm really looking forward to a home I can call my own. I promise you I am super sweet and you will fall in love with me! Please fill out an application to adopt me at www.hs-uc.org.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Shena, a Monroe Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever for sale in Monroe, or seeking a Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever dog from a breeder in Monroe.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Monroe already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Monroe breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever breeders who help with Spaniel (Unknown Type)/Labrador Retriever rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Monroe paves the way for another one to be saved.
