direct any and all questions (that includes fees and location) about this sweet pup to his foster mom, Jennifer, by email dogpack1391@gmail.com

Denver is a young pit mix. He is up to date on shots, fully wormed, neutered, microchipped and ready for adoption. Denver is a great puppy, who is head strong and will need someone with dog experience and patients to work with him and go through training with him. He needs plenty of room to run.

He is not a good puppy for young children (he doesn't realize his size or strength), although he loves everyone and seems to like all dogs (everyone is a playmate).

Denver loves attention, but requires his space as well.

You can contact his foster mom, Jennifer, by email dogpack1391@gmail.com for more information on how he can become part of your family.

Don't forget to complete an adoption application. Go to http://www.shelteredpaws.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/11/Adoption_App_Form_2015.docx to download an Adoption Form Questionnaire. Upon completion, email the application back to spdr.app@shelteredpaws.com

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Denver, a Cincinnati Pit Bull Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Pit Bull Terrier for sale in Cincinnati, or seeking a Pit Bull Terrier dog from a breeder in Cincinnati.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Cincinnati already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Cincinnati breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Pit Bull Terrier breeders who help with Pit Bull Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Cincinnati paves the way for another one to be saved.
