Bobby was born about April 2, 2013 and weighs about 10 pounds. He is absolutely adorable; he is short-haired except for a little beard and mohawk along his upper back. Bobby is excellent on a leash, and is really great with other dogs and cats (he is currently living with 10 dogs and 4 cats). If he feels that someone is playing a bit rough with him, he will speak up. Otherwise, he is not one of those little yippy dogs. He is actually pretty quiet overall. He loves going for car rides, and enjoys going for walks and being with his people. Bobby also tends to be a little protective of his human pack. When a visitor comes to his house, he will sit by his foster mom and speak harshly to the visitor. Ground rules must be set! Within a few minutes, the conversation is over and he goes about his business. He has never acted inappropriately or done anything more than state his claim though some barking. And lucky for us he doesn’t have a sharp or piercing bark.Bobby loves to snuggle. He often will sit on his foster mom’s lap while she works. He is good in a crate. And he absolutely loves having a bath and being fussed over. Bobby has a lot of the cool traits of a much larger dog, but comes in FUN SIZE for any lifestyle! Bobby has a major fan club with many of the JR volunteers. He is a total doll who deserves to have a family of his own. And like many of the smaller sized pups, he does well with having the option of a pee pad or a belly band when his family has to be away from the home.
