Taco's Story...
Taco is a sweet 12 pound Yorkie that is ready to find a family to call his own. He is estimated to be 3-4 years old and is a total love. He is good with kids and other dogs and would love the chance to keep your lap warm. He does love to run and play outside and we recommend a home with a fenced in yard for this little guy. Taco can have a little bit of separation anxiety and this is due from his neglectful past where he spent most of the time in a crate. He is house trained and just needs reassurance that he will always get the love and attention that he deserves. Taco is up to date on his vaccines, heartworm tested and up to date on heartworm prevention, dewormed, microchipped and neutered. His adoption fee is $250.00 If you are interested in adopting Taco please go to our website www.boxerbuttsandothermutts.org and fill out one of our adoption applications.

Why Adoption is a Great Option

Taco, a Arden Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog was adopted! Here's how you can benefit by looking at adoption as an option to buying a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier for sale in Arden, or seeking a Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier dog from a breeder in Arden.

  1. Rescues and shelter volunteers in Arden already know the personality and tendencies of their pets. This means they can match you with the right pet. That will makes it much easier transition to owning a pet for yourself and your new pet.
  2. On average adoption fees are much less than you'd pay a Arden breeder, or pet store. Plus most often rescue pets have already been to the veterinarian for a check-up, had a round of vaccinations, and are spayed or neutered. That is a lot of savings!
  3. You will become a hero, and give a needy dog or cat a loving home. In fact, there are even Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier breeders who help with Yorkie, Yorkshire Terrier rescue. One puppy or kitten adopted in Arden paves the way for another one to be saved.
